The terms governing your use of the SignFlow electronic document signing platform, which LeonAI Ltd. operates.
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SignFlow electronic document signing platform operated by LeonAI Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using SignFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to use SignFlow.
One person or legal entity may maintain multiple organization accounts.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may use SignFlow to:
- Create, send, and manage electronic document signing workflows
- Store and retrieve signed documents
- Manage templates and form fields
- Access signing audit trails
- Integrate with third-party services via our API
Prohibited Uses
You may not use SignFlow to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send fraudulent or misleading documents
- Forge signatures or impersonate others
- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Overwhelm the service with automated requests beyond rate limits
Electronic Signatures
SignFlow facilitates electronic signatures that are legally binding under:
- The U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act)
- The EU Electronic Identification and Trust Services Regulation (eIDAS)
- The Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001
SignFlow provides Simple Electronic Signatures (SES). Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) are not currently supported.
We provide audit trails including signer identity, timestamps, and IP addresses to support the legal validity of signatures.
Service Limitations
SignFlow is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Document uploads are limited to 10MB per file.
API usage is subject to rate limiting.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
SignFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeonAI Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the signatures you create.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SIGNFLOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEONAI LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account by contacting us at care@leonai.io.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
